DMCA Policy — Social Media Saver
At Social Media Saver, we respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host any copyrighted content on our servers. Our tools only process content that users provide by URL, and all downloads occur directly from the original source.
If you believe that any content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. We take such claims seriously and will act promptly in accordance with the law.
1. No Hosting of Copyrighted Content
Social Media Saver does not store or host videos.
All videos are:
- Stored on their original platforms (TikTok, Instagram, OK.ru, Bilibili, Twitter/X)
- Downloaded only after the user provides a link
- Processed temporarily for user convenience
Once the download is complete, we do not keep copies of any media.
2. How to File a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent, and you believe that material accessed through our website infringes your rights, please send a proper DMCA notice to:

Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

Incomplete notices may not be processed.
3. Removal Process
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the claim
- We may disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We may restrict use of our services by users who violate copyrights repeatedly
We will notify the user (if applicable) so they can respond.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe a removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your signature
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore access to the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 14 days.
5. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may:
- Lose access to our services
- Be blocked from using Social Media Saver
We reserve the right to enforce these rules as needed.
6. Responsibility of Users
All users agree NOT to:
- Download copyrighted content without permission
- Use our tools for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Violate terms of service of social media platforms
Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to download.
